Ingredients:

1 TBSP golden raisins
10 almonds
1 tsp cinnamon
sprinkle of nutmeg
½ cup applesauce (or ½ small apple)
1 scoop Prograde Vanilla or Orange Protein Powder
1 cup skim milk or unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
