Pomegranate Pancakes

In a blender, mix
· 1 cup raw oats
· 1 scoop vanilla Prograde Protein Powder
· 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites
· 1/4 cup water
· 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
· juice of 1/2 lemon
· 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds. Pour onto a hot grill and cook like a normal pancake. Top with pomegranate arils or berries.
